About us
LH Billing was started by a mother daughter team, we work with therapists, behavioral health providers, and other healthcare professionals. We are comfortable learning and working within the practice management systems or billing software a provider already uses, allowing practices to keep the systems and workflows that works best for them.

Layloni Hester
Founder
Layloni has always had interests and experience with medical billing, she has worked in healthcare since 2006 and has specialized in medical billing since 2012.
She created LH billing to help healthcare providers spend less time worrying about billing and more time focusing on their clients and growing practices.
With years of hands on experience, she understands how time consuming insurance claims, denials, payment postings, and follow ups can be.
Layloni also has a beautiful dog who keeps her company while she works!

Package 1-Essential Billing
$400 per month
Package 1 is for one provider with up to 80 billable encounters per month.
Package 2-Standard Billing
$550 per month
Package 2 is for one provider with 81-160 billable encounters per month.
Package 3-High volume Billing
$700 per month
Package 3 is for one provider with 161-240 billable encounters per month.
241 or more billable encounters

Credentialing
$125 per insurance company, and per provider
One time fee
Includes completion and submission of the credentialing application to help the provider become approved to participate with the selected insurance company.
Insurance Eligibility & Benefits Verification
$10 per verification
Verification of a patients insurance eligibility and available benefit information.
Prior Authorization
$30 per authorization
Assistance with submitting prior authorization requests to insurance companies.
Existing A/R Cleanup
Custom pricing
Review and follow up of any outstanding insurance accounts receivable that existed before beginning services with LH Billing.
